The term “company” refers to the owner of the web site www.bubblepanda.lv - “HAPPY PANDA” Ltd company. The term “customer” refers to the user of the web site.
The company undertakes to sell and deliver to the customer goods according to the order
Ordering, delivery and payment procedures
Customer makes an order at www.bubblepanda.lv web page by selecting the type and quantity of the goods. Customers have several payment methods to choose from: online payment processing for e-shops Paysera or by cash at the courier delivery.
You can use www.bubblepanda.lv online shop if you are more than 14 years old. If you are less than 14 years old you are allowed to use the web site only with adult supervision.
The agreement between company and customer is set at the moment, when customers place goods at the shopping cart, fill in the personal information ( name, surname, address, email, phone number) , choose the delivery and payment option, read the terms of use and press the button “pay”. The agreement is valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
Items will be delivered from 1 to 3 days from the moment of placing and confirmation of the order.
The minimum amount of order is 10.00 EUR.
Delivery is organized by VENIPACK courier (from 1 to 3 days from the moment of placing and confirmation of the order), OMNIVA or DPD parcel terminals (from 1 to 3 days from the moment of placing and confirmation of the order).
Delivery is free of charge for orders more than 35.00 EUR. For orders which amount less than 35.00 EUR will be added the delivery fee.
The consumer's right to cancel
You have a right to cancel the order within 14 business days from the delivery. You should fill and send the “cancellation letter” to the seller. In case if the order's parcel is damaged, the customer should contact the company within 24 hours, it can be made by phone number +371 260 67 197 or email [email protected]. Cancellation letter will be sent to the customer upon request.
Customer is under obligation to send back goods within the 7 business days from sending the “cancellation letter” to the company. Customer covers all the expenses regarding sending the goods back.
Customer can not use the right to cancel if:
- goods package is opened or damaged
The law of the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia (the sixth part of Article 12) determines that “the customer is responsible for the safety and overall quality of the goods while implementing the cancellation right”. Company keeps the right to refuse to use the cancellation right for customers or does not refunds if the package is opened or damaged in any kind.
Data processing
Customer agrees that all the data that he provided will be used by the company to fulfill the order and organize delivery. All the processes are set up according to the requirements of normative acts. After filling in the requested information in the web site, customer agrees that he will receive notifications to his email.
